Promotion period: 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027 inclusive.

1. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter and anyone directly involved in administering the draw.

2. How to enter

Each qualifying order placed with The Gummie Store during the promotion period receives one entry into the draw. Product prices will not be increased to reflect entry into the promotion.

Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, test or otherwise invalid orders will not qualify. Where an order is later refunded or cancelled, its associated entry may be removed.

3. Prize

One winner will receive a weekend-away package with a total maximum value of £1,000. The package will be arranged in consultation with the winner and may include travel and accommodation. Any costs above £1,000, personal spending, insurance, passports, visas, meals or extras not expressly included are the winner's responsibility.

There is no cash alternative unless the promoter chooses to offer one. The prize is non-transferable without the promoter's written agreement.

4. Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid qualifying entries after the closing date using a verifiably random process or under the supervision of an independent person. Evidence of the selection process will be retained.

5. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address or other contact details associated with the winning order. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. The winner may be required to confirm eligibility and identity before the prize is awarded.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable period stated in the notification, the promoter may select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries using the same fair random method.

6. Timing

The draw will take place after 30 September 2027 once qualifying entries have been verified. The promoter will aim to notify the winner promptly and arrange the prize within a reasonable period.

7. Publicity and data

Personal data will be used only as necessary to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and fulfil the prize, subject to the promoter's privacy policy and applicable data-protection law.

Where required by applicable promotional rules, limited winner information may be made available on request, subject to lawful privacy protections.

8. Fair administration

The promoter may reject entries reasonably believed to be fraudulent, automated, manipulated or otherwise contrary to these terms. The promoter does not intend to change material terms after the promotion begins except where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary and participants can be treated fairly.

9. General

By entering, participants agree to these terms. The promoter's decisions relating to the fair administration of the draw are final, subject to applicable law.
