Sell & Win £1,000 - Affiliate Challenge Terms & Conditions

Promotion period: 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027 inclusive.

1. Who can enter

This incentive is open to approved active affiliates of The Gummie Store aged 18 or over. Affiliates must remain in good standing and comply with the affiliate programme rules throughout the promotion period.

2. How the winner is decided

The affiliate with the highest value of confirmed qualifying sales generated through their approved affiliate link and/or personal discount code during the promotion period will win £1,000.

Qualifying sales are paid, genuine customer orders that remain valid after refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud checks and other reversals. Self-referrals, manipulated orders, duplicate or artificial transactions, and orders placed primarily to influence the result may be excluded. To qualify for entry, affiliates must generate a minimum of £2,500 in qualifying sales between 1 October 2026 and 30 September 2027 inclusive.

3. Tie-break

If two or more affiliates finish on the same confirmed sales value, the affiliate with the highest number of qualifying completed customer orders will rank higher. If still tied, confirmed sales achieved during the final 90 days of the promotion will determine the winner.

4. Prize

The prize is £1,000. Payment method and timing will be agreed with the winner following verification. The prize is personal to the winning affiliate and may not be transferred before payment.

5. Winner notification

The final results will be checked after the closing date to allow for refunds and order adjustments. The winner will be contacted using the details registered with the affiliate programme. The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner and may require identity or account verification before awarding the prize.

6. Leaderboard

Any leaderboard shown during the promotion is provisional only. Final ranking is based on confirmed qualifying sales after all relevant adjustments.

7. Monthly Content Challenges

The Gummie Store may run optional monthly content challenges for affiliates. Challenge themes, deadlines, judging criteria and any monthly reward will be announced in the Creator Hub. Monthly challenge results do not replace or alter the separate annual £1,000 top affiliate competition unless expressly stated.

Content may be recognised for creativity, clarity, authenticity, consistency, brand fit or engagement. Any winner selection will be made against the stated monthly criteria.

8. Exclusive Inner Circle Events

Active affiliates may be invited to private Gummie Store creator experiences such as influencer picnics, afternoon tea, launch events, creator meet-ups or similar brand experiences. These events are separate from the £1,000 annual prize.

Invitations may take into account confirmed sales, content quality, participation, consistency and overall positive contribution to the creator community. Event dates, locations, capacity and any eligibility criteria will be communicated in advance. Unless an invitation states otherwise, attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation.

9. Creator Benefits

From time to time, selected active affiliates may also receive creator spotlights, early access to launches or offers, product drops, milestone recognition or priority creator opportunities. These benefits are discretionary and subject to availability and any specific conditions announced at the time.

10. Conduct

Affiliates must create genuine content, disclose affiliate relationships appropriately, avoid misleading claims and follow all applicable advertising and platform rules. The promoter may exclude sales or participants where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, misleading promotion or material breach of programme terms.

11. Changes and cancellation

The promoter does not intend to change the material rules once the promotion begins. If circumstances outside the promoter's reasonable control make the promotion or an event impossible or unsafe to continue, any necessary action will be taken fairly and with regard to participants who have already taken part.

12. General

By taking part, affiliates agree to these terms and the wider affiliate programme terms. The promoter's decisions on verification of qualifying sales and administration of the promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
